Apprentice Customer Service
We’re currently offering placements for Apprentices to join our growing Customer Service Team.
This role needs excellent communication skills having the ability to prioritise and organise a varied workload within a high-volume multi-tasking environment. You will need to demonstrate good organisation skills. You will be required to manage telephone, email enquiries and appointment bookings and maintain accurate client records against the computer database. The role requires high levels of reliability, dependability, honesty and integrity. You will need to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including internal and external customers, co-workers, suppliers, partners and subcontractors. The role requires ability to prioritise work, working within tight deadlines, and multi-tasking, namely planning, organising and monitoring several activities at the same time.
Responsibilities & Duties
★ Log New customers onto Spreadsheet.
★ Add new customers to CRM.
★ Send out relevant welcome packs.
★ Remove customers from spreadsheet through cancellation.
★ Take payments through the online portal.
★ Issue refunds on the online portal.
★ Set up/cancel direct debits.
★ Filter Data into postcode areas.
★ Route appointments for Engineers.
★ Create Health Check jobs on CRM with relevant worksheets.
★ Produce system check letters from the database and send to customers.
★ Answer incoming calls from customers to confirm appointments on CRM.
★ Make outbound calls to customers to confirm appointments.
★ Book installation jobs on to CRM with relevant stock allocation and payment details and relevant worksheets.
★ Complete the relevant google documents for accounts.
★ Route installation appointments.
★ Complete feedback forms after engineer visits.
★ Update all diaries from previous appointments.
★ Create quotations and send to customers upon request.
★ Chase payments when necessary.
★ Update payment tracker.
★ Complete cancellations on all relevant spreadsheets and databases.
★ Answer incoming calls in relation to technical queries.
★ Fill in technical form on CRM for technical team.
