ESE Solar is a key company within the renewable clean energy industry founded in 2015. They have made a name for themselves through their proficiency in installing high-quality solar energy PV systems across the UK.

Having serviced over 14,000 customers as of April 2023, ESE Solar continue to maintain and oversee their solar PV systems and battery installations. The contribution of ESE Solar has helped towards the UK’s goal of achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2050.

ESE Solar’s Solar PV System Batteries

The company’s success and reputation eventually resulted in customers asking for further development of their Solar PV Systems through the use of batteries. This meant that solar power could be stored within these depositories, meaning that energy generated during the day that was not used could still be effective.

The number of customers who have added or bought batteries alongside a solar PV system number from ESE Solar is in the thousands. Some of their customers went even further, beginning to engage in net metering, also known as a feed-in tariff, which is the process of selling accumulated energy back to the grid.

The company has built itself a strong foundation, and its efficient, streamlined organisation has allowed it to offer some of the most attractive propositions to potential clients. Some of these include respect for the clients’ time, meaning they have the fastest install time of all, with some of the highest tiers of solar PV panel systems and batteries on the market. On top of that, all installations come with 15 years of free maintenance.

ESE Solar offers customers peace of mind with insurance backed guarantees and regarding SEG payments, ESE Solar are a registered partner with Flexi-Orb, meaning customers can achieve SEG payments with some of the UKs leading energy companies.

ESE Solar’s rapid expansion

ESE Solar’s excellent skill and organisation have allowed them to rapidly expand. Being originally based in Liverpool, ESE Solar grew to the point that they have been able to construct a new head office as well as grounds for training academies in both County Durham and Exeter. Through this, they are essentially sharing their skills with new prospects and prompting what is certain to be an even greater expansion.

ESE Solar has achieved a high level of reputation amongst its customers. This can be proven through its accumulated score on Trustpilot, which is currently sitting at 2,800 reviews, with its score averaging out at 4.7 overall. This is due to the company putting their customers first, ensuring they receive the highest standard of service within the industry. They provide high-quality, long-lasting renewable technologies that the group maintains for a good 15 years. We look forward to seeing what else ESE Solar can achieve as it continues its rapid growth.

The Importance of Solar Panels in England

According to the Office of national statistics, electricity bills have risen by more than 50% from 2022 to 2023. This, along with general inflation, is part of the reason why ESE Solar is so important to its customers.

According to the Energy Saving Trust, solar panels can save domestic customers up to £400 a year if they were typically out all day until 4pm. This is without reckoning for the payments that customers could receive under the Smart Export Guarantee (SEG) for selling excess energy produced back to the National Grid.

It’s unknown how much more energy prices will rise in the coming years. As a result, having a fully functioning solar panel system will quash any fears of further electricity price inflation. On top of that, if everyone were to have solar panels, we could actually have a chance at reducing carbon emissions to zero, and securing a healthy environment for future generations.

Making more use of renewable energy sources makes a greener home

Born in North West England, Jack kicked off his career in the insurance arena, dealing with claims for three years. Always up for a challenge, Jack leapt out of his comfort zone and embarked upon 5 years of excitement with the military.

Working for the Ministry of Defence, Jack specialised in counter-terrorism which took him to places such as Dubai, Oman, Iraq, Norway and Bahrain. During this period he worked with various Governments implementing strategic operations to prevent terrorism.

After travelling around various countries Jack increasingly came across various forms of solar from large solar farms to domestic solar panels. From here Jack took a keen interest in all things solar and started reading about the technological capabilities with a view to entering the industry after his career in the Ministry of Defence.

Once home after 5 fruitful years, Jack had 3 months leave in which he immersed himself in a solar crash course and got applying for jobs within the solar sector. He came across ESE Solar, a long-established forward-thinking company whose head office was only a stone’s throw away from him. He picked up the phone to see if there were any vacancies and within a week had a successful interview and obtained a full-time job, starting in the technical team.

Within the first few months, Jack onboarded in various online courses during work and social hours to speed up his knowledge of all things solar. Due to his strong work ethic and thirst for knowledge Jack was promoted to Head of Technical at ESE Solar. He currently leads the team and oversees the product development of new technologies within the company alongside assisting where necessary on their maintenance department.
