











ESE Group Ltd Refer-A-Friend Terms and Conditions
- These terms (‘Referral Terms’) outline the terms and conditions which apply to the ESE Group Ltd Refer-A-Friend scheme (‘Scheme’), launched on 23/10/2023. By taking part in the ESE Group Ltd Scheme, you accept and agree to abide by these Referral Terms.
- The ‘Referrer’ describes the existing customer who is sharing their original ESE Group Ltd Refer-A-Friend Scheme code.
- The ‘Referee’ describes the new customer whose information has been provided by their friend.
- The ESE Group Ltd Scheme is only available to UK residents aged 18 or over (including both Referrer and Referee).
Qualifying for the Scheme
To qualify as a Referrer in the Scheme, you must be an existing ESE Group Ltd customer chosen exclusively by ESE Group Ltd to take part in the Scheme and have successfully completed an order previously. If you are an existing customer and would like your own referral code, please contact as at mail@esegroup.co.uk
To qualify as a Referee in the ESE Group Ltd Scheme, you must be a new customer to ESE Group Ltd and be the owner of the property address for the proposed installation.
For the Referrer to qualify for the reward, the Referee must complete a Solar PV Installation order with payment in full.
ESE Group Ltd may cancel, withdraw or alter the Scheme, including these Referral Terms, at any time without notice.
You will receive your reward after your friend’s installation is complete and paid in full.
Reward – Battery/ Carbon Monitor – Our installation team will contact you to arrange a convenient date within 60 days of your friends’ installation. Rewards are not payable if your friend cancels their order.
Reward – £750 – All payments from the Scheme will be paid by Cheque to the Referrer within 60 days of your friends’ installation. Payment cannot be made in any other form (i.e. vouchers, etc). Rewards are not payable if your friend cancels their order.
