System Design

ESE Group has a dedicated in-house design team that will first make a full assessment of your needs before carrying out an in-depth survey of your property. This information is then used to design a bespoke system that is best suited to your property and those needs. ESE Group will then provide our customers with a complete solution that will reduce energy usage, save money, and help the environment through lower carbon emission.

We start off with a site visit to carry out a basic survey of your home or business. On completion, then you will be advised of the various options and the consultant will discuss the best option for you. Everything is explained in detail and, if you are happy to proceed, then an appointment is made with the technical surveyor.

The technical survey will carry out an in-depth survey of the property to gather all of the information needed to enable the in-house team to begin the heat loss calculations and system design specific to your needs and requirements. Once complete, an appointment will be made to go through the system design and specifications of the proposed system.

If you’re happy and approve the design, then a time is booked for our install team to carry out the installation of your new system. This can take between 2 to 4 days depending on the size of the system and things like radiators and hot water cylinders
